Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pickerington

Everytime I have ordered from this chipotle I end up having something missing in my order or the food is absolutely terrible. because I'm always missing stuff I decided to get just chips and queso, and when it arrived my chips was completely burned. it tasted awful I had to dump them in the trash can. this is my last time ever ordering from this chipotle

They will almost never get your order correct. This location is likely the worst in Central Ohio; I recommend going to Diley or Reynoldsburg instead. Don't bother ordering chips, as they are unlikely to be included.

This location consistently forgets to include the chips. They also omitted the pinto beans from my bowl, and the lettuce was wilted.

This is the second time I've ordered from Chipotle and my order was mishandled. The sides were great, but my quesadilla had no chicken and only a sprinkle of cheese—barely enough to cover a cracker. What's going on with them? It's frustrating to pay $17 for food that isn't even correct. - Marcia Warren
