Contribuiți la feedbackI had the opportunity to drop in to the GREEK ZEUS GRILL GODS establishment last night with a friend. We were looking for something different to eat, and we decided to try the ZEUS place, which happens to be a short jaunt down the road.WOW, is all I can say, about the food as the taste is GREAT, the portion size is GREAT, the price is also GREAT, the people working in the establishment are also GREAT.We decided to try the Family Meal for 2. We ate our fill at the restaurant, and we ended up getting a couple of carry-out containers, because, TRUTHFULLY there is NO-WAY that we could eat all the FOOD that we were served.IF you like GREEK FOOD, then, this is the place for YOU to try. There is no-doubt, that we will be dropping in some time soon, to try another special of the GREEK ZEUS GRILL GODS !Actually, we're looking forward to the next visit.
First time in for us, the bad reviews didn't seem to hold up. My wife and I both tried a different souvlaki meals, she had the pork, and I had the chicken. Potatoes, Greek salad, garlic bread, rice, chicken pork , and tzatziki were all very good. The staff seemed genuinely very appreciative for our business. I like it when I get that feeling, therefore will will be back for sure.
I tried falafel on a pita and I was not really pleased with it. The falafel was cold and dry. Even worse, it was soaked in cold oil. I have not tried anything else, but the falafel is certainly not the best choice.
My son and his girlfriend got takeout from here and regretted itshe ordered a salad with grilled vegetables and told the women she had gluten allergy's and the woman acknowledged it My son ordered the Souvlaki Chicken Pita and a side of Greek Garlic bread .They didnt ask him if he wanted tzatziki sauce which he didn't they just plopped it in his Pita so he found out once home ,and when she opened her salad container they had plopped in two pieces of regular bread on the top of her salad? so she could not eat any of it. Apparently the woman who was preparing the meals left halfway through cooking to go and have a smoke and must not have thought to give good service and tell the other cook.
We have eaten in twice and ordered out twice. All 4 times the food was consistently good. The tzatziki is quite good - thick and very flavourful. The salad is made with very fresh vegetables and the dressing is delicious (it is made in house, you can tell.) We have had the chicken and lamb souvlaki - well cooked, not dry. Would definitely recommend
