The 50's Diner - Pickering

I remember visiting in the past and this restaurant was retro themed.They are under new management and fully renovated. The colours and layout is very different.Breakfast was tasty and over medium eggs were cooked to perfection, however the turkey bacon needed more cooking. I was not a fan. Next time I’ll request it well done.

The kitchen staff are cheap. I asked for 3 eggs(scamble n it looked like 1 egg was used),pancakes homestyle fries( tasted plain)My girlfriend got the plain crepes with whipped cream and all they did was put whip cream on the ends with nothing in the middle.The staff was very nice but slow

Sad to see 50's Diner go but very happy about the restaurant that replaced it. Mr. Wing has amazing customer service even late at night. Food was delicious and filling. Price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get for your portion. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an simple high quality meal. Thanks again Mr. Wing

I ordered through Door Dash today and we received someone else’s order. I attempted to call the restaurant from 9:30 am to11:30 am and the phone just rang. I wanted to confirm with them whether they seal the packages. Whether they ensure the dasher is picking up the correct order. I can’t believe no one answered the phone. I will never order or go there again. It’s very sad. They must have been doing a terrible business hence why they added wings. Not a great way to do business. I see management does not respond to reviews either. Very bad sign
