Kernels - Pickering

I waited over 30 minutes without any staff at the counter. I'm not sure how they can leave the stall unattended like that. I may not be the sharpest, but how long is "a few minutes" for a break? It felt more like 40 minutes. That said, the food tastes great, so I've adjusted my rating.

I had an excellent experience at this Kernels location. The staff were friendly and engaging in conversation. The double butter and caramel popcorn was sweet, yet absolutely delicious.

Worst service, grumpy girl at the counter! Who owns this place. Never again

There’s hardly anyone ever working here. Each time I visit and see the “be back in a few minutes” sign, the employee is usually gone for over 30 minutes. It’s really not worth it.

The white cheese popcorn is so good
