Vegetarian options: They offer veggie burgers and more! Kid-friendliness: It's kid-friendly, but during my visit, I would say it wasn't overly so.

When I asked if it had cheese at the drive-thru window, I was told no, that would cost an extra $0.85. I might have mistakenly said "hamburger" the second time I repeated the order. The slice of cheese that did come with the burger was extremely thin, about the size of a triangular coin. On two previous occasions, my son ordered a large pop but received only carbonated water. Apparently, there’s a chance you’ll get a properly stocked drink if you're lucky, according to the staff. I loved Harvey’s when I was a teenager, but not anymore. Prices keep increasing while the quality continues to decline.

I found the food quality here to be better than at some other locations, and the staff had exceptional customer service skills!

However, the onion rings were not very fresh; they were stuck together and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. I hope to get a fresher batch next time. The Angus burger was quite good, and ordering ahead through the Harvey's app was easy. The burgers here are definitely better than those at other major chain restaurants. They offer a value menu with a variety of options, including grilled chicken, veggie burgers, and poutines. They also have a late-night deal for a classic poutine and a medium fountain drink for $5.99 after 8 PM. Overall, great burgers, but I really hope to get some fresh onion rings and fries during my next visit.
