Hands down the best ice cream in Perth. Still made the traditional Italian way, their sorbets and ice creams are nothing short of perfection. Although only open 3 days a week, the lovely staff here genuinely care about customer service and delivering the best they can offer. Highly recommended.

Collodel has been a favourite in the hills for years. I remember going there for an after school treat when I was a kid. Their scrumptious homemade flavours are very popular with the locals.

Tried Hazelnut, Chocolate Rocher, Chocolate and Raspberry Sorbet. Ice cream Sorbet were very fresh with a unique flavor you dont find elsewhere. Loved the fact that even with so many scoops it was still a lot cheaper than going to BR or Gelato. Would definitely be back to try their other flavors.
