Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Picayune

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was spotless! I truly believe that more people from Picayune should give this place a try.

There was an issue with my order initially. However, when I returned two days later, they happily provided me with my hamburger, fries, and drink without any hassle.

Our experience at the DQ in Picayune on September 19, 2022, was incredibly disappointing, marking one of the worst services we’ve encountered since COVID began. My wife and I arrived around 6:46 PM and decided to dine in. Upon entering, we noticed one employee eating at a table while two others were busy in the kitchen. Unfortunately, no one came out to take our order. One of the staff members made eye contact with us a couple of times, but the girl at the table just looked up from her phone and ignored us. After what felt like an eternity of waiting—about five minutes—we decided to leave. Not once did anyone acknowledge our presence or inform us they were busy. As a result, we went next door to Sonic, where we enjoyed great food and outstanding service.

Great place The only thing is the floor always has water on it with no rugs down

Well let me tell you! Ordered on line: 2 orders of chicken strips/ fries. Shake and sundie only thing that was done well. Strips were hard fries not done and wait for it. NO GRAVY.
