Unfortunately I cannot give more than three stars to this hotel which boasts 4 stars. Strengths: Excellent intercontinental breakfast; Excellent room cleaning services; Excellent location that allows you to reach the center on foot in 10 minutes; Many services around including laundry, distributor, supermarket, MC Donald, pub, pastry shop etc... Spotless and spacious rooms; Additional hairdryer/hairdryer supplied in the rooms; Pet friendly with maximum availability from the staff, just follow the rules. Weaknesses: Free unattended and unguaranteed parking (if you can 't find it, you park there or pay for the hotel garage , a service which in my opinion should be included in the price of your stay; Immense expanses of 70s carpets which from what I know, although washed and cared for, are now out of hygiene standards; 2 elevators, 1 of which was permanently not working (in 4 days it only worked 1 time and this meant having to make all the plans in front of the booking of so many guests; Bathroom in the room with little water pressure in the shower, sanitary ware with some imperfections (pieces missing in the sink cover , light too soft. Nice hotel. The rooms are good and so is the breakfast. It's not big so you feel comfortable. It is located more or less 1.6 km from the center but the walk is very pleasant if you like walking. Very close (400m) on the way to the center is Piazza di San Zeno, with a very beautiful church and where there are also several restaurants and tratorias in case you don't feel like going to the center.
