Experience from start to finish. We sat at 21 and after an hour and a half of the sandwiches that we had ordered even the shadow; then we ask the waiter, totally dismissed, who tells us that the sandwiches would arrive immediately. We wait another 15 minutes. After 1h and 45 from the order arrive 3 sandwiches on 8, of which one wrong, and we are invited insistently by a waitress to accept however the wrong sandwich in order not to wait another 10 minutes the right one. All this without ever apologising for the accident or waiting. In conclusion, our friend eats alone a sandwich that arrives at 23:00, again without even an excuse from the staff. In the menu it is indicated that the quality of the food is high and this requires longer waiting times: the reality is that wait 2 ORE PER OTTO PANINI of quality MODESTA is shameful, as well as wait 20 minutes for 5 beers when the local is half empty because they went all (they went to collect the luppoli??? ? . But the most shameful thing is rudeness: never an excuse, a sorry, a beer offered, on the contrary, an annoyed attitude of those who want you to eat something you didn't order. I recommend changing something: kitchen, staff or directly work.

We are a table of some people, we order at 20.15, the first dish arrives at 21.30.. and it is not even anything ordered by us. The sandwiches will arrive, one at a time, after numerous attempts and errors, between 21.40 and 22.10. Then I am the most unfortunate of the evening because to me comes an inevitable sandwich and half frozen, which I leave in half despite the atrox hunger (and my friends know me for voracity and good mouth). During the waiting they deceive time looking at the waiters who, disoriented, go to search for the tables to which to deliver the other ordinations, returning when in when with the dishes still full because the ordinations are probably wrong. I'm hardly coming back.

I went last Friday for the second time. There was a cover band and it was practically full both inside and out. The times when full are a bit long, so better to arm yourself with patience since they have only 2 waiters, but overall the staff everything is very kind and nice. We ordered a naked bruschetta and a raw dish. The bruschetta in reality were 2 slices of bread to the cereals and my raw dish will have had 150 grams of delicious raw ham and a 250 gr burrata. Unfortunately I suffered a stomach surgery and eat very little but the products are great and then, as a golosa that I am..... Sweets... There is the lady of the sweets (it does her own), who besides being good and competent prepares them in an unexceptionable way. The first time I took the meringue that was of a stratospheric goodness. Friday the chocolate salami... I eat to say goodness. Just one tip.... For anything... Come on! Really big sandwiches. Next time, I'll try one. I don't really care what you eat.

The waiting times are endless. For long moments of the evening I could notice that not only my table but also the other tables were waiting for the order. Good sandwiches even if expensive compared to the average. I don't think I'll be back.

I have to say the sandwiches were very good. But we waited 1 hour and a half for the sandwiches, arrived at 20.30 the sandwiches arrived at 22. It is not possible to wait so much, there were not even too many tables, about three from two people.
