When they do it well, the food is great. When they mess it up, the food is garbage...and irreverent to a way of life in Williamson. These dipole extremes aren't what anyone should have to consider when potentially spending $20-30 on one pizza alone. Old Giovanni's was a culinary staple-saint for the community for over a decade, serving everyone with the remedial religion of carby comfort food. But as of late, with new management we're told, they struggle to get even one topping right on a single topping pizza alone. Too many times we've been given a correct receipt with an incorrect order. A topping missing there, undercooked dough here, and almost every time NO SAUCE on a pizza at all. (IF they do put sauce on a pizza beyond a quick ladle swipe, it's so little as to purposely spurn Florentine fury. While I can plug my nose and tell my brain there's pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza with no pepperoni at all (yes, they've done that , I can't quite do that with little to no sauce. I can't plug a parched tongue gliding between rubbery cheese and damp bread in yearning for the forgiving mirage it sees but isn't actually there. No one is sure what the issue is behind the issues. A magician never reveals their tricks; a saucy conman their schemes. They get the order right over the phone and on the receipt, lulling you into the enigma, then pull disappointment out the hat when you get home. (Anytime we go in to return many of our orders or for the buffet, there always seems to be new faces. Perhaps they can't keep an able crew, hence all the mistakes. Just a poke at the pepperoni curtain. Don't get us wrong, Giovanni's is GREAT when it's done right, it just as of late rarely is. The best in town can become the worst in town with any full moon. Better check the lunar cycle when you call.

Was great a little expensive but delicious Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I called in an order and asked for mushrooms and lettuce. When I got home with the food I had to sit for 30 minutes and completely pick through every single piece of my ham wedge, because they had put banana pepper, tomato, and onions on it. I am very dissatisfied. The workers were also sitting in the floor when I went in. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
