Taco Bell - Phoenixville

First visit to a Taco Bell in more than a decade. Used the app to order and picked up from the drive thru window. Order was correct and everything appeared freshly made. Friendly staff.

It'd Taco Bell, so what can you day!? The woman in the drive through is always so nice.

Supposed to be open till midnight or later according to thr sign on the door. 10:15 pm and the doors are locked, drive thru menu board was dark. Guess they changed their times to be open

Literally the worst Taco Bell. Ordered on the app, 45 minutes later still inside waiting for the order. They kept filling drive-thru orders though and told me yeah we have to do these first so you 'll have to keep waiting . I 'm sorry, what? Left and now have to figure out how to get a refund because I couldn 't cancel the order on the app and they apparently can 't cancel it in the store as well (how is that possible? Only one person making food, and three employees total. You can stand at the register and they will just ignore you and are extremely rude. This location should be closed because of how bad it is.

Very understaffed when I visited. The young lady that prepared my orders deserves a raise.
