Dunkin' - Phoenixville

This place is good. No one is perfect all the time, and at least I can say that one time when my order was incorrect in this store the District Manager entered and make sure that I take care of myself. I give them 5 stars!

The staff here is very friendly and friendly to their customers. I made a mistake in ordering and they replaced him, no problems.

Was just there and ordered the bacon CRISPY and when I got it, it was pretty raw with the spice on it. Not only that there was hair in my fat bacon. Don't look good when we're trying to avoid a virus. Since the other one closed, it was the only one close to me. Drive to Chester sources where they are fantastic!

They confuse Allot, would be nice if they have someone on the drive, though and register who you can fully understand and communicate properly.

This place was formerly great, but suddenly (from a month or so on) the line is constantly wrapped around the building at a stand for far too long. Pretty annoying if you do not have 15 minutes to wait in line for a coffee. And it doesn't seem important what day of the week it is. I waited so long. Sunday I have on Wednesday and Thursday. Frustrating and me?ve decided to go to the Royersford location only.
