Dunkin' - Phoenixville

Nice dunkin' big and comfortable, and food is hot, but the rude people make it kinda

This store is just okay. The service is always fast, but not very friendly. Ordering food/drink is hit and miss. I had to stop ordering any drinks with cold foam because they always put cinnamon on top of the cold foam for some reason even though it is not supposed to have cinnamon. Overall, it's just an okay location.

I go to dunkin everyday, I love dunkin! Everyone at this dunkin is super friendly but whenever I go to this one my coffee never tastes like it has any vinella in it. It just tastes like cream. This is the closest Dunkin to me and i try it once a week hoping to have a change and I even ask them if they could add more to it. I just dont know why this is the only dunkin that doesnt make the french vinella taste like everyone elses. Best of luck i would love to come to your dunkin everyday instead of driving out of the way. I dont know what else i can possibly say. But the avid french vinella drinkers tell me if this is also how you feel or if i am just loosing it1 AMERICA RUNS ON DUNKIN
