Yutaka Japanese - Phoenix

This restaurant is fantastic in every way. The Tonkotsu Ramen is the best I've ever had and the prices are very reasonable. I also tried a California roll and it was delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. It can get busy during dinner hours, so there may be a wait, but it is definitely worth it! Food: 5/5.

We sampled the tempura udon, tonkotsu, and sesame chicken dishes. Both broths were light but still flavorful. The egg in the tonkotsu was just a plain hard-boiled egg, which was a bit disappointing. The sesame chicken was tasty. The service was average and the dining area was small and drafty. I may return for the Japanese food, but not specifically for the ramen.

We visited this restaurant for lunch and the sushi was excellent. We sampled some of the specialty rolls and were impressed by the unexpected flavor combinations, but everything was delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a great dining experience. Rating: 5 out of 5.

Fantastic sushi spot, didn’t get to try the ramen but the sushi and sashimi was fantastic. We asked for the tuna sashimi thinly sliced and instead of 5 huge pieces we got 10, served alongside wasabi, we ordered some extra… I would’ve probably waited because the side they gave us was plenty to share between me and my partner. Delicious, quick service and everything coming out looked good.

Everything on the menu is absolutely epic!! Best kept secret in Phoenix. Tonkotsu ramen had the most amazing cream like broth!!
