Wood Fired Pizzeria Gelato Spot

I discovered this hidden gem while heading to class for an impromptu date, and I absolutely loved the honey basil pizza with added sausage—it was incredibly delicious! We didn’t have time for gelato, but after sharing some videos with our kids, they're insisting that we take them there right away! The atmosphere was impressive and welcoming, and I can definitely see myself planning a gathering here soon!

I’ve eaten here before, decent food, nothing amazing, but this review is regarding service. I walked in with a 2 year old, sat at a table and was completely ignored for about 15 minutes. I asked if there was a specific area I need to be in, and they said wherever is fine. The place wasn't even busy. I kept waiting, only have limited time with a 2 year old as it is, long story short no one ever showed up and we walked out and went down the street to aioli burger where the service actually happens. Fail.

Love it. Great menu. Food is quality, Gelato is heavenly. Beer is cold. Mmmmmmm!

I don’t want to speak negatively about this place because the owner was very understanding and even offered us a complimentary cake. We’ll give her another chance since she truly made an effort.

This review is regarding the service. I walked I to NO ONE being available to assist me. After yelling HELLLOOOO a man emerges from somewhere followed by a couple of employees. I ordered a lunch sized pizza at 14.12$. I have a seat and ask for a drink menu. It's thrre that I see that there's a HAPPY HOUR menu where the pizza is 5 dollars less. I ask what the difference is in pizza size, there was none. I asked why wasn't I at least offered the happy hour menu, the girl waiting on me said I have to ASK for that. This is my first time here, so how would I know. Furthermore, what happened to the customer service? The pizza and beer is ok, but the service is AWFUL, do better!!!
