Wendy's - Phoenix

It shouldn't be that difficult to say, "I'll be with you shortly." I would suggest going inside, but unfortunately, the lobby is usually locked (I've visited over 100 times, and only once have I found the lobby open). I'm not sure if it's due to a lack of management or if the staff simply don't care, but this is becoming absurd. Waiting 40 minutes for fast food is unacceptable! You should be embarrassed! Either shape up or close this location. I've tried to give it a chance, but it's safe to say that my friends, family, and I will no longer be dining at Wendy's.

The drive-thru wait time is excessive; I spent 30 minutes waiting for a 4 for 4 meal for my child.

I visited this restaurant early on a Saturday morning, well before lunchtime, and I found it to be quite sticky overall. The floors were sticky, the soda machine was sticky, and the ketchup machine was out of order. In terms of cleanliness, I would give it a rating of 1. However, the food itself was good—it arrived in a reasonable amount of time and tasted delicious.

Slowest drivethru of any Wendy's I've experienced. Only had one lane one and took 10 minutes per car to take an order. Waited for 20 minutes and and then was told they were no longer serving breakfast and I could come back in 10 minutes if I wanted lunch. Service at this location is always bad, but this was the worst I've ever seen it. Don't go to this dump the service is the worst!

Never seen such a slow paced staff at a FAST FOOD restaurant. Doesn 't help its ran by a bunch of teenagers, did not see one shift leader over 21. Got a front cashier that doesn 't greet the long line of customers waiting on them. Not once did they say sorry I 'll be right with you . No urgency. No courtesy. ???? HIGHLY recommend you get someone OLDER and EXPERIENCED to train your staff on multi tasking and customer service immediately.
