Her customer service was exceptional, and with nearly 20 years of bartending experience, I can recognize great service when I see it. I just wish I had caught her name! I would much rather go to this Starbucks than drive out to Frise for my coffee. This experience showed what quality service is all about. I give her high marks for effort, attitude, and work ethic. Plus, it was genuinely the best Mocha Frap I’ve ever had. Thank you for your hard work and for making a lasting impression! Your dedication does not go unnoticed!

I ordered my usual cappuccino, and the barista was really impressive. He added a little extra touch to my drink, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out I got everything for the same price!

This location provided me with 5 star customer service!! Placed a mobile order at another location in error. When I inquired to the status of my order, is when I learned I was at wrong location. They quickly offered to make my order for me and NO CHARGE! Kudos for the great customer service!!

The drinks taste like Starbucks, and the employees are nice. So I guess it's a good Starbucks.
