Starbucks - Phoenix

What a great location. They were able to change a drink for me as I was paying for it and they didn?t complain or make faces. Currently the lobby is closed but they work the drive-through very fast. You can also order online and pick up from the door. And I was able to get the holiday cup!

I have a lot of good memories at this Starbucks so kinda sad this happened yesterday : Went through the drive thru and they forgot my vanilla in my vanilla latte, that?s fine it happens. I get home I?m drinking my drink and I?m not sure if its because I asked them to remake it but I noticed there?s a fly floating around in there. I know it didn?t get in when I had it because I had a straw in the drink hole that takes up most of the open space in the lid. Kinda sad about it also very grossed out.

I had the worse experience yesterday at another Starbucks in pardise Valley and paid more. So today I went to my usual place by my house and u guys nail it everytime ???? thank you ! Made my day with my ice coffee! And much better price!

I have to come to this location to work from two days a week. Every time I come in, they are super friendly, my order is always right and they always have the best music on. Sometimes Disney, today late 80?s early 90?s pop and R&B. They have usually 6-8 people on staff and dang do they hustle! The great thing about this location too is that they have a mobile order pick up window so you don?t even have to come in. Just go to the window. 5 stars is not enough for this location!

Great Starbucks location but tends to be super busy (I've waited about 15 min for a drink inside. I went in because the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Customer service is top notch and the store is always tidy.
