Sonic Drive-in - Phoenix

We had to make 4 attempts to place our order at this restaurant. Twice, it seemed like our voices were not being heard. We attempted to use the app once, but it was temporarily not working. Eventually, we moved to a different area and successfully placed our order. However, when our order arrived, we noticed that it was missing cheese sauce for the pretzels and nerds in my grape slushy. The server who brought our food was friendly and the food itself was tasty.

This is my go to spot for dinner and lunch because of the easy and discounted way to order through the app. Great slushies when it is hot as hell out.

One thing I don't understand is that they do the small orders first then worry about the big orders last. I get that it's makes it faster but people waiting outside especially in the heat can take so much heat outside. Why do you think customer get rude with you and to top the off employees were so disrespectful I wanted to ask a question with one of the employees but stood far away , having me speaker loud without it making it rude myself. And the kept coming to us with different orders which we didn't order. I would not suggest this place if it was last resort to eat when it's busy. I would think they would mess up the order.

Amazing little place to grab a quick bite and get super friendly service. I've been going here for years and it just keeps improving! Audrey is amazing and super friendly! I messed up and ordered the wrong thing a while ago and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend this location and the chili cheese coney!!

I arrived at the restaurant at 7am and parked in a stall, using my app to place an order. After waiting for around 20 minutes, I pressed the Red Sonic button and waited for another 15 minutes with no response. Frustrated, I contacted the corporate office to report the situation and was promised a refund of $9.78. However, it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received the refund. As a longtime customer, I am disappointed by this experience and will be taking my business elsewhere.
