Some of the best matcha I've ever had, and delicious cold brew coffee too! Songbird really captures that rustic coffeehouse ambience perfectly, and the staff are incredibly friendly; I struggle to find places like this when I travel and I'm not always successful. Whether you live in Phoenix or are just passing through, I highly recommend checking it out :

I was searching for a downtown café with outdoor seating that opened before 7 AM, and I found this place on Google Maps, so I decided to give it a try. The staff was incredibly friendly. I had a fantastic vegan scone and a delicious hot oat latte. The outdoor seating is likely the best of any café in town. I will definitely be returning soon! Vegetarian options: They offer vegan options.

Kid-friendliness: There's a lovely seating area in the front yard that's perfect for kids, while the inside provides a quieter, more relaxed environment.

Try the Graham Cracker Latte! I’ve been a fan of Songbird since their location on Roosevelt, which has been around for about 15 years now. I love visiting when they have live music—it's all about good vibes. Whether you want to work, chat with friends, or just reflect, Songbird is the perfect spot for positive energy. Food: 5/5.
