Hello, I would like to express my appreciation for the consistent and kind service I have received at this particular location time and time again. However, I do have a complaint about a staff member named "Bridget" who does not meet the customer service standards this location is known for. I have been ordering the same thing every two weeks for the past three years, so I am familiar with their operation. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong pizza on my most recent visit. Despite my friendly request for a correction, Bridget did not offer to make it right. She simply took the incorrect pizza back and I had to wait for them to make the correct one. When I asked for a lemonade while I waited, she proceeded to charge me for it without any apology or offer of compensation for the mistake. Her attitude was unkind and lacking in care. This experience did not reflect the outstanding 5-star service and friendly atmosphere that this location is known for. I hope that management is aware of the impact that one staff member can have on the overall customer experience. Despite this negative encounter, I have always appreciated the delicious food and excellent service that I have received at this location. The thin crust pizza, chicken Caesar salad, and cookies are always top-notch. Thank you for the wonderful dining experiences in the past, which is why I am still giving this location a 5-star rating.

My husband ordered a pizza with light cheese, but when I picked it up, there was no cheese and the crust was very pale. I asked if they could add some cheese and put it back in the oven, but they said they couldn't because of the paddle board in the oven. This had happened to us before about a year ago. Overall, it was disappointing.

I had a good time at this pizza restaurant. The ingredients were high-quality and it was pleasant to dine with my grandmother at their clean tables. I prefer thick crust pizza over the thin crust they served, but I did appreciate the flavors they offer.

First I had been to Sauce since July and they did not disappoint. My bf got the pesto chicken pizza and I got the lasagna pizza (so tasty! . Definitely coming back in the future!

Not typical crust, but a delicious alternative. Reasonable prices, quick service whether eating in, carrying out or even delivery.
