I enjoy dining out, but I do not appreciate the lack of service at this restaurant. I typically do not tip at fast food establishments like McDonald's or In-N-Out, so I was surprised to see a 15% gratuity added to my bill here. When I asked for it to be removed, the staff did not come to my table to take my order promptly. The only service they provided us was taking our order.

Vegetarian and vegan! wow, this place was a great foundation for us vegetarian. I have never found a real Latin restaurant that has a vegetarian menu. tamales empenadas the works! I have a picture of her vegan menu. yes and eating was great.

I came to the restaurant and it seemed like they were hesitant to seat us because they claimed they were busy, even though there were only two other people waiting. It felt like they didn't want to take our order for a table of 15, instead preferring a larger group of 20. They said it would be too much for them to handle.

The service has always been amazing whether to eat or go. often they go for the papusas that are amazing, but not disappointed with other means of life there. remodel also looks great.

We frequently order from this restaurant because of their tasty vegan choices! Today, I made an online order and requested a different tamale flavor that wasn't on the menu, and they kindly accommodated my request. The customer service was fantastic and the food was really delicious. It's always freshly made and served piping hot.
