Red Lobster Phoenix 75th Ave.

A reservation by open table. when we arrived, they said that today they did not accept reservations from open table, so my older father had to wait outside in a 100 grad weather until we could get a table. I wasn't happy with red lobster about that. once we have a table, our waiter was great and the food was good

This place is terrible! unprofessional, ill managed, they don't waste their money

I went online and actually made a 7 pm reservation. although it is not a real reservation system. we showed up at 6:30 because of this note, but sat there, while 3 couples that appeared after us all sat. When I asked one why we didn't sit, we got an empty star, then we're in the next. we ordered drinks and an appetizer. the waitress did not know if the mountain had dew and had to check them. then they didn't know if they had Italian dressing or vinaiigrette for salat, and had to look. then the salate and my second cure arrived and we started with them, then after we were finished, the appetizer appeared? then a minute later the main course appeared. not a great night overall, and the portion sizes were really cut off from other times we were there. it will take a while until we give rl another chance.

Eating was amazing and our waitress was nice. a recommendation is to remove red lobster from open table reservation, the manager informed me that they do not make reservations instead of a list that we are still waiting to sit an hour and 30 minutes.

Always the place to be when we need a fun night. Steak and Lobster was fantastic and the New England clam chowder was so good. Had a great waitress, too, making it even a better night.
