Pizza Hut - Phoenix

Paid $50 for breadsticks gluten free pizza. Haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and probably won’t again until they can make the quality match what I am paying for. Very disappointed in the size we received for the gluten free pizza. Breadsticks seemed old.

Always my go to Pizza Hut they fix our orders with no issues!

Ordered 3 pizzas, garlic Parmesan wings, and bread sticks. 1 pizza had a half a slice missing. I received buffalo instead of garlic Parmesan and the bread sticks were dry as the box they came in! They finally answered the phone after me calling about 45 minutes. I was told they can only refund me $7 or bring the pizzas back and they’ll remake! Horrible service!! You’re better off ordering from a Pizza Hut further away or going to a different local pizza place altogether.

Unprofessional and lazy staff. I went to pick up an order at 9pm the doors were closed. I get it it's after hours its dark out and safety is always first. So I knock on the door because I see an employee inside. The dude just take a look at me and ignores me not once but three different times. Had to call customer care in order to transfer me to their store. Finally spoke to someone and got my order. Pizza Hut Eployee If you dont want to work just quit.
