Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

The food at this restaurant is usually great and the staff are usually friendly, but I had a negative experience when I called to complain about an issue. I have generally been satisfied with the service in the past, however today there was a mistake. It was my fault for not noticing right away. I recommend double-checking your order before leaving the restaurant because it may not be what you requested. Without the meat, a Hawaiian pizza just becomes a pineapple pizza. Haha.

I am excited to share that they now offer calzones at this restaurant! While our favorite is the cowboy pizza, we have enjoyed all of the pizzas we have tried here. Looking forward to trying a calzone on our next visit!

We placed an order for pizza around 7:45 on a Thursday night. The person taking our order mentioned that it would be ready in about 10 minutes, but did not inform us that they would be closing at 8 pm. When we arrived at 8:10 to pick up our order, we found that they were already inside preparing to close. Despite knocking on the door and trying to get their attention, they refused to open the door. After calling them, the manager informed us that they would not be opening the door to give us the pizza we had ordered, even though we had preheated our oven at home. When I asked for the manager's name to make a complaint, he revealed that he was one of the managers. This was the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

I ordered online and it was ready before I got there, what was nice because I was early anyway. the pizza is delicious and makes great rest after it was baked. food: 5/5
