Panda Express - Phoenix

This place is consistently bad. I live in Hilo, Hawaii and the Panda Express there are my benchmark for large PE dishes. When freshly made their Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef is crispy and perfectly glazed with spicy sauces. Here in Ahwatukee Krüppel and Spot-on-Saucen do not seem important to the administration. I assume the correct training and lack of supervision explain the lameness of their meals. Too bad as they are near where I live part of the year, but today my last visit to this Panda Express is.

Aweful rice was dry I put soy sauce on it, fried rice loosened. I noticed that red markings were inside on the shutters. Red boxes. Spoke to manager. He gave me another box for fried rice that was great. This box of hand pink red markings look like? Lipstick. Restaurant was nice and clean decor modern spacious.

Watch out on having food delivered. Don't get a drink to be delivered with your order. Door Dash that they use either drinks from your order or Panda only fills the drink half full. Yes it was delivered with the straw unwrapped and inserted.

Great food quick service and friendly. Really was nice and they handled the rushes in swarms the people came in, they didn't sweat it at all.

Just visited this place...omg 2 chefs and one of them had no gloves. She treated all vegetables without gloves. She even didn't make sure it was the egg rolls or spring rolls from the freezer and put it back in the frit without gloves. The manager who served himself had no gloves. Come, guys, it's a food place u can not treat all food without gloves.. I don't think I'm going back here.
