Moku Hawaiian Grill - Phoenix

I traveled all the way from Phoenix after reading a review about this restaurant, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! Ono can't hold a candle to this place. I ordered the large plate with Mochiko Chicken, Kahlua Pork, Spicy Poke, white rice, mac salad, and kimchi. Everything was delicious. I’m really glad I made the journey.

I used to frequent Moki's in Mesa many years ago and I've really missed it. Today, I discovered Moku and it was absolutely delicious! We both enjoyed teriyaki chicken, teriyaki beef, and Kalua pork, accompanied by rice, macaroni salad, and corn. Everything was so good, and the staff were fantastic as well. I can't wait to eat there again!

The chicken was extremely dry, almost hard. I considered giving it 4 stars solely because the poke was delicious! The customer service was also good.

My only complaint about this place is that they don't have more locations! I live northwest near Glendale and I have no problem making the trip. I will pass up every L&L and Ono Hawaiian BBQ to come here. The serving sizes are great and the food isdelicious (especially the spicy poke). This is easily one of my favorite places in the valley.

I’m thrilled to have discovered this fast-service restaurant. It gets quite busy during dinner, but the staff is very organized, and the line moves quickly. I ordered a salad that featured salad as the main course, along with a protein and a side. My salad came with a delicious creamy sesame dressing, Kalua pig as the protein, and a Macadamia salad as my side. Everything was exactly as I had hoped. The highlight for me was that they weigh each protein to ensure consistent portion sizes. The staff is also incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!
