Mcdonald's - Phoenix

I just picked up a speck, eggs and cheese biscuit, I was super impressed, the best I ever had! the biscuit was a decent size and the speck was beautiful and crispy, keep the good work youngs!

Made mistakes every time I go. we go to get food and let the children play at the play site, but it is often closed or has big teenagers on the upper etagens of the unit. what ever happened to companies that emphasize that they must be kind and cordial? Food: 3/5

One of the worst mcdonalds. they're never fast. every time they screw up their order. often they wait for 15 to 20 minutes after their order then come and bring the order while they are parked. the manager and the staff should be fired. food: 2/5

We are always asked to park for 10 to 15 minutes when using the drive thru. Plus, now when you get to the window they are not allowed to add anything to the order (fries) if it was missed. And are asked to get in line again, and wait another 15 minutes? Ridiculous! Never again for this ex-customer.

This McDonald's is really clean inside. The food was actually good. Got a Big Mac and for once in years the Big Mac wasn’t all smashed and everywhere in the box. Also got a 10 piece nugget and the nuggets where good didn’t taste like cardboard. I live out in Goodyear and the McDonald’s on Estrella is a wreck. This McDonald’s prob the best McDs I been to since the 90s. Seems like they actually care here the lobby is nice and clean tables are clean. This is how fast food should be. Seems like all fast food joints are trash these days.
