Mcdonald's - Phoenix

I want to give a shoutout to McDonald's for providing free food through their app. It saved me from hunger and I received a free burger, medium soft drink, and medium fries without paying a penny. I am extremely happy about it! Burger King and Jack in the Box need to step up their game!

Out of all the McDonald's we have been to (and I don't even want to guess how many!), this one is the best! When you say hello, they ensure that your order is correct. It seems like it is really important to them. Most McDonald's seem to think that we will spend our money there no matter what, so why bother trying? But this McDonald's is doing a great job. Some of the staff could use a change in attitude, but overall they are friendly and the food is good - at least for McDonald's standards. Your Big Mac won't be falling apart and overloaded with mustard or ketchup. This is the McDonald's to visit if you ever go. They can get busy at times, but it is because they are good and worth the wait.

They're going pretty fast. The promotion they are doing is also cool. Completely from this small survey (takes Bout 45 seconds) Nd will get your choice of a free ice cream, or hot n wicy or 4 pieces Nugget Nd a few other things. Not bad.

We ordered several items through their app and after waiting for about 15 minutes, my husband and I were considering going inside to pick it up. Just as we were about to do so, a very nice man named Corey came up to our car with our order. Everything was correct except for one item that they were sold out of, but Corey immediately offered to fix it and apologized generously. We also decided to get some dessert items, and Corey quickly returned with generously sized portions of the menu items. It was a pleasant experience. In the chaos of the fast food industry due to Covid-19, it was nice to have a positive experience and see someone who takes pride in their job. If this location wasn't so far away, I would definitely come back just for the great experience we had today. Great job!
