Long Wong's - Phoenix

I have been living near this restaurant for four years now, and I never realized it was open for business until recently. One day, I saw a few cars parked outside and decided to give it a try. The interior was a bit intimidating, resembling a storage unit, but a friendly Chinese woman greeted me and handed me a paper menu. I decided to support local businesses and ordered a $10 pastrami sandwich to go. When I got home and opened the box, I found a delicious sub cut in half. The sandwich was fresh and tasty, and I was able to save the other half for the next day's lunch. The woman even brought my order out to my car as it was hot inside. Despite my initial doubts, I have become a regular customer since my first visit, and on my second visit, the restaurant was bustling with customers. The prices are reasonable, and the food is good. I highly recommend giving this place a try - you may be pleasantly surprised like I was! Please note that all orders are takeout only, with no dine-in option available.

I have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years because it is simply that excellent.

I arrived at the restaurant feeling hungry, but the aroma of the beef fried rice I brought home left me famished! As I rode my bike down busy Thomas Street, I could still smell the delicious meal that awaited me. I devoured a whole order of their classic diner-style crinkle fries, which were hard to beat, before indulging in the flavorful beef fried rice. The generous portions left me with leftovers to enjoy for lunch tomorrow, and my fridge now smells amazing. I would rate this experience a 10/10 and am eager to try the spicy version next time!
