Despite being very busy, they did a great job and managed to serve food quickly. The portion sizes are a bit smaller, but this seems to be a common trend nowadays. Overall, it's a good option for a quick meal at KFC.

This fast food restaurant offers the typical KFC menu. If using the drive through, be cautious of the tight turn to the microphone/menu which can be inconvenient. The restaurant is usually not too crowded.

I ordered the 8-piece Chicken Tender Meal. I was told there would be a 4-minute wait for the tenders, which was fine. When I asked if a drink was included with the meal, the Manager on duty rudely informed me that it was not. I felt that since I was waiting for the tenders, a drink should have been provided. Eventually, I decided to just take the chicken that was ready so I could leave. The manager then told me I didn't want the tenders, to which I replied that I was waiting for them and should have been given a drink for the inconvenience. The manager insisted I would still have to wait for the chicken, even though the young man serving me had already gotten my order quickly. I believe that it was a matter of basic courtesy to offer me a drink for waiting, as part of good Customer Service. This occurred on July 13th around 3pm, and I spent $30 on a meal that I felt should have included a drink.

I experienced a lengthy wait in the drive-thru, received chicken that was severely overcooked and consisted solely of dark meat, and only got three wings in an eight-piece order. Additionally, my mashed potatoes and gravy were missing. The chicken was so overcooked that the bones easily fell apart. Furthermore, the restaurant does not answer their phone and the prices are too high for the quality of food. Given the numerous negative reviews, I am surprised by the 3.3 rating. It appears that the employees may be leaving fake reviews.

Just left this restaurant, the food was mediocre the Original Recipe chicken was fried hard and crispy, and funny enough...so was the biscuit. KFC has gone WAY downhill and I 'm so sure this will be the last time I ever visit, because it seems like every time I take a chance and buy a meal at KFC it 's always a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Just, NO!
