Ihop - Phoenix

This is the BEST ihop I?ve ever been too the waiter are really good at what they do especially Terrance who was our waiter. He made me feel welcomed at home he was friendly very positive attitude

Quick friendly service and a good basic breakfast menu with a variety of pancake and waffle offerings, including real fruit toppings in season, so the delicious pancakes can include a little more valuable nutritive content. Great omelets!

Slow Service... server was slow, has to ask multiple times for more water and silverware. One member of our group didn't get her food until we were all done eating, took 45min for simple pancakes and eggs. Asked for meal that was super late to be comped and was told she could only have a discount. Asked for a manager and one NEVER came out. When paid for the meal, the hostess was too busy washing windows outside and our server who was flustered checked us out.

The place wreaked of sewage and when I asked about the smell she said it was coming from the back. Something about the dishes? Why would the dishes smell like sewage? The service was painfully slow. Twice we had to get up and find someone to help us, after we had waited a long time. The restaurant was empty except for us and one other person yet all the servers were gone! They were also out of tomatoes, onions, Croutons, ranch dressing, and....they were also out of change so they couldn't give you exact change when you paid. Horrible place! I honestly have no idea how they are in business!

Eating at ihop is amazing, but the server on the ihop on the renner road in columbus oh, which are in the night there are the rudest people I have ever met. they only take the amount of the table they want to deal with, and leave guests and servants standing there for half an hour or longer, without anyone approaching until they are ready to deal with more people. they are given to feed people and get them before online orders that have already been placed even to eat them. you'll be coming first. I'm smart and I was told that I could cancel my job and don't have to wait an hour, although they were very aware that I stood there that longer than they came by and ignored my for so long. in the grunde has not my tipp. only hers.
