Ihop - Phoenix

We stopped from the city after a very long week and this ihop was amazing. the food was perfectly cooked and positioned with care on the dish, the service was fantastic. we had the most friendly server rae, she was an absolute joy. it is a great advantage for this company, a holder safe. food: 5/5

Waiter/server was great! chef really attracted loud music, so I assumed that mgr is not there. eating was not warm enough to melt butter and turkey sandwich that had microscopic pieces of turkey on huge brot. broccoli almost raw and the prices really high. I know his inflation. might not be a price-gouging....Food: 1/5

Wait half an hour to get a serious command. I asked for the gluten-free pancakes added with the berry topping. the waitress brought me regular pancakes. fortunately, I noticed that they were not correct, because I would have been ill if I had eaten them. I asked them if they were gluten-free and they told me they weren't. they accused me of my orange juice and I left. I had my two years old with me and they was wasted all the time when I had to feed him. the restaurant was almost empty and lasted half an hour for four pancakes. I wouldn't give this place stars if there was an option. I'm already used to checking my food before I eat.

Oct 2022: Unfortunately understaffed; Expect to have a bit of a wait for service. Not the staffs fault- just there's not enough people. However, the quality of the food is terrible. Left hungry.

We should have checked reviews before we went here. It was a convenient place after attending a local high school football game. It was 8:30pm and only one other couple in the restaurant. We ordered coffee and water first and our waiter Yahir brought it but only a cup, not a pot as is the norm for IHOP. We ordered our food and quickly were out of coffee. After 20 minutes we could see our food sitting in the pickup window but no waiter in sight. 15 minutes later he delivers it to our table. It's warm but pancakes and crepes are hard on top, no butter, had to ask for more coffee ashw was walking away, then he brought a pot. Never checked on us after we got our food, had to wave him down to get the check after after waiting 10 minutes. There was still only us and 1 other couple in the restaurant so he was not busy. They are keeping the low stars rating for sure.
