Fry Bread House - Phoenix

Finally, this restaurant made a real effort! The fry bread was absolutely delicious! The staff, including a kind lady and gentleman, provided excellent service. We ordered the beef burrito and the local taco, both of which were fantastic. I'm not sure if this is the same Fry Bread House where a scene from the movie Turquoise Rose was filmed, but that was one of the main reasons we decided to try this place. However, I do think the price for the fry bread is a bit steep; it’s $3.95 for plain bread and $7.50 for the same bread with powdered sugar. Other than that, everything was great. They even had some stands selling Native American bracelets and other items. Overall, we’ll definitely be back!

As a Midwesterner visiting Phoenix, I couldn't pass up the chance to try the first restaurant in the Native community to receive a James Beard Award. Fry Bread House did not disappoint! The tacos are enormous and, even more importantly, absolutely delicious! The fry bread is soft and not greasy, and the meat is incredibly flavorful. I couldn't finish my taco, so I reheated it the next day in an air fryer, and it was just as tasty. My son, who is really picky about food, had the fry bread topped with honey and powdered sugar, and he thought it was amazing as well! If you're in the Phoenix area, you absolutely need to check this place out—10/10!

I've had this restaurant on my list for a while, and I finally got the chance to go. It certainly did not disappoint! The fry bread was fantastic. I tried the green chili beef with bread, and it was very tasty. It had just the right amount of heat, and the flavor was excellent. I will definitely return!

Looking for an authentic Indian fry bread and I came across this place. What a jewel and will not disappoint. We had the red and green Chili-Rind-Frisch-Brot-Tacos. All I can say is yum yum.

Great place to try Fry Bread in Phoenix. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who visit phoenix for the first time. One of their taco fry bread is more than enough
