Filiberto's Mexican Food - Phoenix

My wife was eating this fish burrito we order and a piece of raw chicken was in there. How does a piece of raw chicken end up in there? It?s cross contamination. I wanted to speak to a manager but they said she wasn?t available. This is unacceptable.

Their chorizo, potatoes, and egg ? burritos are awesome. We usually cut them in half and eat the second part for either lunch the same day or for breakfast the next day. This post happens a few weeks after the post above. I got the pollo asado street tacos, my Darling Bride got an Arizona burrito ? (no pico de gallo), my beyond awesome son got some regular tacos with no lettuce. This was the first time we've gotten something other than breakfast burritos. The food was totally AWESOME!! We'll be getting that again. I'll try one of their other choices next time.

This is the only FILIBERTO'S location that makes Rolled Tacos perfectly!! It never fails I love how they prepare them and how delicious and fresh the guacamole and shredded cheese are! Their green salsa is delicious as well. Customer service was wonderful and my food came out in a timely manner.

I was a regular at this location for years until a strange transaction a couple of days ago. I gave my order and card to pay as usual but despite being the only customer in line, it was taking much longer than usual to receive my order. The drive thru cashier (who I?ve never encountered before) returns to the window saying the Wi-Fi was down and she would have to wait until it returned to swipe my card for payment. Given that I was pressed for time, I declined the wait +canceled order and asked for my card back. The cashier then tells me that she can?t cancel the order or return my card to me because the kitchen staff had already made the food. She quickly leaves the window to end the conversation. A long while later she returns with my food and card as if what she did was ok. Totally unacceptable and will never get my business again.

We recently went here I got a burrito and it was COLD ! Meanwhile my boyfriends food was fresh hot !! We also got large horchata but it was very watery and did not taste good. The wait time was about 10 minutes, and we only live 5 mins away. I?m upset that I had to heat my own food up. But I asked for no pico and just guacamole and sour cream and they added a whole bunch of guacamole and barely sour cream.. We also asked ? if cheese was on there including the pico de gallo guacamole .? And she said yes but then added $1.50 for cheese ? Idk this wasn?t the best experience, I will just stick with juliobertos
