Filiberto's Mexican Food - Phoenix

The staff at the 75th Avenue and McDowell location is what makes it my top choice. The food consistently reminds me of how much I love Mexican cuisine. The employees are always incredibly kind. This is my favorite spot! Every dish is delicious, and you can truly taste the freshness. The interior is clean and well-organized. The menu is so enticing it will make your mouth water! I'm hungry just thinking about it! Plus, they’re open 24 hours!

I was feeling hungry and it was around 12:30 AM. Thankfully, this drive-thru is open 24 hours. I ordered a Carne Asada Burrito, and just 6 minutes later, I was enjoying a delicious meal with red sauce. It was incredibly tasty and perfectly rolled. The service was friendly too. I will definitely be back, and it was worth the $10.48!

I was a regular at this restaurant for years until I had an unusual experience a couple of days ago. I placed my order and handed over my card to pay, as usual, but even though I was the only customer in line, it took much longer than expected to receive my order. A cashier at the drive-thru, whom I had never seen before, returned to the window to inform me that the Wi-Fi was down and she couldn’t process my payment until it was restored. Since I was in a hurry, I chose to cancel my order and asked for my card back. The cashier then told me she couldn’t cancel the order or return my card because the kitchen staff had already prepared my food. She abruptly left the window, ending our conversation. Eventually, she returned with my food and my card, acting as if everything was fine. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this establishment again.

We recently went here I got a burrito and it was COLD ! Meanwhile my boyfriends food was fresh hot !! We also got large horchata but it was very watery and did not taste good. The wait time was about 10 minutes, and we only live 5 mins away. I?m upset thatI had to heat my own food up. But I asked for no pico and just guacamole and sour cream and they added a whole bunch ofguacamole and barely sour cream.. We also asked ? if cheese was on there including the pico de gallo guacamole .? And she saidyes but then added $1.50 for cheese ? Idk this wasn?t the best experience, I will just stick with juliobertos
