Filiberto's Mexican Food - Phoenix

The flautas were tasty, but I wasn't given enough salsa.

The food at this restaurant is poorly prepared and lacks attention to detail. I'm also about 90% certain that the salsa is significantly watered down. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The nachos were dreadful! They were just a heap of chips with cheese that was barely melted, resembling glue, and topped with a mound of beans, along with some carne asada. I didn't even receive the sour cream that was supposed to come with it. My dinner was completely inedible! I am thoroughly shocked.

The food was waaaaay salty, and was bland, had no real flavor, I couldnt eat it. I threw it all away. Was very disappointed.

Filiberto's catered a massive event for us with over 600 guests, and both the food and service exceeded our expectations. Everything was incredibly fresh and made with great attention to detail. They went the extra mile by providing fantastic salsas and all the necessary containers for our event. We received VIP treatment at every stage of the process. Our guests were thrilled with the quality of the food, and everyone was satisfied. Thank you!
