El Pollo Loco - Phoenix

My parents and I love El Pollo Loco. We went in and it was clearly marked to go at which door and which door to go. It was very organized. We ordered the Grande Avocado chicken bowl, original pollen bowl to go the 3 pieces meal. It was so busy, clearly this is the place to be.

Zero stars. Came to this location at 7:45 and the dining area was closed when the sign clearly said it was open till 10pm. Knocked on the window and had a bunch of teenagers laughing and horsing around in the back. I’ll never bring my money or service back to this location which is disappointing because we come so many times. No thanks.

Chicken was dry didn't give me tortillas that went with the meal don't come here

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Golden Corral has created a great system that works well during pandemic shutdowns, allowing us to enjoy our favorite comfort foods at an affordable price.

I really enjoy the taste of El Pollo. It's a great option for a healthy diet. The atmosphere feels like a family-owned franchise, which adds a nice touch. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained for an older establishment, although the windows could use a bit of polishing.
