El Pollo Loco - Phoenix

I ordered through the drive-thru. The young woman working there was in such a hurry that she provided the worst service. I would try to ask for something, but she would not let me finish and closed the window on my face three times. After receiving my order, I went inside to get some salsa and the other cashier was the same. I was always polite and never rude to them. The food was good. They were not very busy, as it was Valentine's Day at 11:00 am.

I had to come back and update my review because I revisited Pollo Loco and this time they got my food right.

Too pricey for the food they serve order nachos and few small piece of chicken and very small

I had a lovely time at this restaurant. The woman who waited on me, whom I believe was the manager, was extremely friendly, and the food was fantastic!

The staff here is just amazing. Really good atmosphere and everyone here helping. Good food also. Very recommended !
