We ordered a blizzard and a peanut buster parfait, both of which were made with spoiled soft-serve ice cream. The ice cream smelled bad and had a sour taste that caused us to gag and spit it out. We were able to get a refund, but it seemed like many other customers in line were also having issues. Despite the obvious problem with the ice cream, the staff continued to serve it to customers without concern for the potential dangers.
This restaurant has really deteriorated!! The last three times I visited, they had no food available. They had two sheets of paper taped to the register listing all the items they were out of, including burgers, chicken tenders, fries, peanut butter cups, Oreos, and brownies. The list was so long that it filled half of the second page. What's the point of staying open if you have no food to serve? I will not be returning.
I ordered two large blizzards with extra toppings but was disappointed to find that both cups were only three-quarters full. The pumpkin pie blizzard I paid extra for didn't have any pie crust or cheesecake pieces - it was essentially just a pumpkin milkshake. Definitely not worth it.
They cancel our grub hub order every single time we order from them. They also put hot sauce on my burger one time and I can?t eat hot sauce. Father in law tried calling the store to complain about them canceling our order and emailing him that he?ll geta refund in a few days and they didn?t even answer the phone. Will never get anything from this location again.
I?ve ordered three blizzards and fries three times in the last week. You have gotten the correct blizzards to us 22% of the time. When I brought the blizzards back last night, I was confronted by a very unprofessional lead. was told there was nothingshe could do for me because I ordered from Uber. Too bad her employee already threw the threeblizzards out.
