Dairy Queen - Phoenix

The hot fudge sundae was delicious. The restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes for no apparent reason as my order was already prepared and waiting on the counter. Despite requesting no pineapple on my meal due to allergies, it was still added. The cashier was polite but short and curt. I did not receive any pleasantries such as "thank you" or "have a good day", just a closed window in my face.

I absolutely adore the Blizzard! What more can I say? I visited in the evening and the drive-thru was quick and efficient.

I asked for extra topping and payed for them. Didn't get them. Watch 6 people watch 1 work and they don't put there blizzards upside down. Go to a different location.
