Copper Blues (downtown) - Phoenix

Our server really needs a paper and a pencil. the restaurant was not very busy, but still we had to order a beer 3 times new, we had no cutlery or serviettes when our food arrived, we had to ask for this twice, and 3 of the 4 items we ordered were wrong. we had also delivered the wrong salate to us that they have just left for us, and then they have accused us of doing so. the bills were divided between 2 parties and we had to correct it twice. all in all it was a pretty bad experience. However, eating was in order, even if we had to pick up the wobbles from one object, and flag down another server for dressing on the right salat, once it finally arrived 15 min after the other eating. we will probably not go back there.

Visited the famous drag brunch. while the entertainment was very pleasant and funny (as expected,) eating comes cool (not even warm) and it took forever for cocktail service. no excuse for both. it wasn't so busy. personal was simply not in a hurry to offer customer service.

It was my friends birthday and we stopped here before going to the Suns game. Our server came by to check on us maybe one time after she took our order at the beginning. She was super friendly, just never stopped at our table. We tried to get her attention several times too. My friend was missing her food but by the time she came and checked on us we were basically done eating. I have been here before for the drag brunches and never had an issue!

Awesome food and drinks and great music. Service was amazing

After booking this reservation we arrived for the hostess to tell us there must be a mistake because Copper Blues does not accept reservations. Luckily we were able to be sat after a short wait. I’d love to tell you about the food but most of it didn’t even show up to our table. Not a good experience and likely won’t be back.
