Carl's Jr - Phoenix

Place is clean and well supplied, most workers are pleasant, but some are rude and lazy, asst mgr. james is always grumsy when it is to check his employment, not disturb me! sad story for this place

Just before the conclusion to get good customer service and decent eating, it was not the fresh but still edible

I love carls jr! a mile, 4 minutes from this carls jr. and rarely go. not a show. they try it regularly, only for the case. Typically not eating, but the personal and the business relations and the collaboration last visit was delivered by a voucher. informed coupon employee. has not received as ordered and “Gutscheincode” would not work. not expired for another week. ? extremely disappointing! I love eating at carls jr.

Don't go to this carls jr. it's terrible. I tried them again after I had waited 45 minutes in the line 6 months ago, this time in the drive-thru it took 35 minutes. with this long waiting period they would expect that eating is fresh, it was cold and soggy, so that it sits around one. unless they have an additional hour to save, they do not come to this carls jr

This is the closest fast food to me. I have only been 3 times in 2 years. Today is the 4th. I always want to give them a chance, but the employees almost seem to PURPOSELY go slower. Employee Told me to park and it would be 3-5 minute. Writing this review as it approaches 12 minutes. Went back to the drive thru and just asked for a refund or I could order something that didn’t take as long. Employee acted like she had no idea who I was or what I ordered. 3:25 on Monday. Calling to dispute the charges with my bank.
