Contribuiți la feedbackI have been here several years ago and I remember great food. Meatloaf tasted like it came out of a can, loaded potatoes were crunchy and apple cobbler looks scary (see picture). I won't be back again
I am in the Phoenix area for business and was tired of eating out. I decided to try Boston Market for a change and was pleasantly surprised. The food had a homemade taste and feel, without the hassle of a sit-down restaurant. Ordering from their online app was simple and my order was hot and ready at the specified time. I tried the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and Brussels sprouts with bacon combo. Despite the meatloaf not looking very appetizing, it was surprisingly delicious! The customer service was excellent as well.
I found a nail inside the corn bread it was baked into the corn bread and the manager said that I tamper with the evidence nasty....keep safe during covid avoid this location, She did not give an apology. During this pandemic I made a report to Maricopa health department.
Oh no! I ordered two three-piece meals with two sides each at Boston Market and it cost me $27. The chicken pieces were tiny, almost like small leg pieces. The manager explained that they use young chickens that weigh about a pound each. The sides were bland and overall, I was not satisfied with my meal. I don't think I will be returning to Boston Market in the future. I had hoped that over the years, they would improve their flavor and food quality, but unfortunately that was not the case. The size of the chicken pieces was disappointing, even smaller than KFC chicken.
Very unfriendly. The woman serving me was borderline rude. I did get my meals in a timely manner. But it was such an awkward Transaction, I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. Food ain't That good!
