The Centurion Lounge - Phoenix

Less crowded now that they’ve changed their policies, but still a little busy for a Sunday morning. Food was great, as was the service! I do wish they’d add hot chocolate to their drink options for us non-coffee drinkers.

Ordered, waited, waited, waited. Asked for change on a $20. She brought back 3 $5 bills and said she already took one.Waited. Waited. Little over 30 minutes. The table in the back is the cleanest, it was wiped I lost count how many times with nobody being seated there. Waited. Noticed there’s really not a lot of people here for my order to be backed up, especially now there was a pre tip involved. Waited, noticed I was gonna miss my flight and decided to go to the Delta Sky lounge. Sky lounge was perfect as always, got on my plane and slept till I landed home.Complacency is contagious.

Really enjoy it here. Never too crowded and even when it is the wait time is pretty low like 5 mins. The staff is super friendly and breakfast is my favorite time to visit.

Although American Express is headquartered in Phoniex the Centurion lounge sucks at Phoneix Airport. If they can't serve their home city well then not sue how they are charging their platinum holders the premium fees. I called American express and they told me they lodged my complain but they will not be able to provide me any compensation due to poor services or not able to use shower. It is high time that American express should be made responsible for providing services for which they are charging hefty fees. Shame on you American express for cheating their loyal customers

Great service. Very attentive and nice staff. This place is very clean and it has a very nice food spread. This place is very clean and very well organized and the restaurants is immaculate. The bathrooms are very clean also.
