Starbucks - Phoenix

I tried to like this store, it is really close and super convenient for me but the inconsistencies are becoming too regular.I order a white chocolate mocha and occasionally get peppermint white chocolate mocha. I've complained when I caught it and she remade it, but when I am on my way to work and go through the drive thru I don't always think to sniff my drink before I leave and don't have time to go through the line again.This morning was the 4th or 5th time I am going to have to throw away a drink I paid for because employees here can't read a sticker.

Hands down the best starbucks i’ve ever been to. Service is quick, staff are very friendly, drinks are always made right and the store is very clean. 10/10

Today I visited the Starbucks at 32nd ST Shea, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Ryan, the barista who assisted me, deserves special recognition for his exceptional service. I requested a passion fruit tea, and Ryan went above and beyond to ensure it was made to perfection.The cleanliness of the store was also noteworthy. The entire space was immaculate, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. It's clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a clean environment, contributing to an overall positive impression.Beyond the cleanliness, the aesthetic appeal of the store was impressive. Everything was well-organized and visually appealing, adding to the overall enjoyment of my visit.This Starbucks location has quickly become one of my favorites, thanks to the combination of outstanding service, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a delightful coffee shop experience. Kudos to Ryan and the entire team for making this Starbucks stand out!

I was disappointed in their offer of a certain sandwich and americano and received 100 rewards. They were out at 3 locations and offered no alternative for the rewards. Poor relationship.

Very friendly staff. I came in to use the bathroom, (there's a code to come to use), very clean in the bathroom.Food looks freshly made here, smells are amazing!
