Spinato's Pizzeria And Family Kitchen

I just got off the phone with a gentleman named Darnell, and I must say, it was hands-down the most atrocious customer service experience I've ever endured. Despite my frequent patronage and significant spending there, not only did he fail to resolve the issue with my pizza order, but he also persisted in displaying condescending and rude behavior throughout our interaction. Such unprofessionalism is unacceptable; I can't imagine hiring someone like that to manage even the simplest of tasks. Thank you, Darnell, for such a regrettable experience.

When found this place on our way to the airport and stopped by to have quick lunch. We ordered 2 pizzas, and they were sooo good: thing, cheesy, juicy, a lot of filling. We would be back if it happens to be in Phoenix again.

I have been going to and loving Spinato 's Pizzaria for almost 30 years. I worked at a shop called IMM, working on cars close to their old location. The shop owner, Dave, would buy lunch for everyone, and we always looked forward to Spinato 's. I would go there for lunch on my own and still remember Nicole taking my order. Things have changed so much, and for the betterI have always loved their pizzas and have gone there many, many times over the years. I recently moved and was very happy to discover a Spinato 's right next to me, and I 'm sure I 'll be getting a lot of their pizzas. Everything they make is always perfect. The pizza still tastes as amazing as it did almost 30 years ago, and that 's a very good thing!I am happy to see the success they are having with more restaurants around the valley. They deserve it!If you haven 't ever been to Spinato 's and you are a pizza lover, you must go and give them a try.
