Jimmy John's - Phoenix

This location gave me my pickle and I'm very happy about that :

They didn't make my sandwich correctly (left off the bacon that you pay $2.69 extra for) and the avocado spread was all over the outside of the bread making it very difficult to eat. Also, didn't give me my $3.29 premium side. Called and the assistant manager said he can give me a credit he is unable to refund the items. The other option is to go back to the store to get the side and a couple slices of bacon. Seems they should give a refund of the missing items or remake the sandwich correctly but no.

Second time going to this location but this time they locked the doors before closing hours. Closes at 9pm and showed up at 8:10. Unacceptable to close if it’s not the time you have posted. First time at this location I walked in at 8:40 no issues.

Came to this location twice during business hours. Both times were several hours before they were scheduled to close according to their hours of operations on the door. Both times they were closed.

Awesome subs nice employees interesting and a lil educational.
