Jersey Mike's Subs - Phoenix

Great, friendly staff, however I was a bit disappointed in my sandwich. It was very challenging to eat as it had too much dressing on it. The bread fell apart and the cold cuts wound up sliding out of my sandwich. It also just wasn't super flavorful. I ordered online for pickup and when I got there maybe 10 minutes later, the shop was super busy. However, the staff were extremely polite and accommodating, offering me a fountain drink while I waited for my sandwich (my wait was less than 5 minutes). Not my favorite Jersey Mike's experience.

Mike's is a great sub shop and this location is well managed and staff are focused and show huslte...something rare in fast food these days.

Food is always good at Jersey Mikes. BUT, the service at this location is TERRIBLE. The employees work on to-go orders for people who are not even there to pick them up yet and completely ignore the long line of customers actually in the store. Horrible management.

I frequently order food from here on a weekly basis and it’s always pretty good. Today I ordered the tuna in a tub and it had so much mayonnaise that I couldn’t even eat it and ended up throwing it away. I would highly recommend if you could simply cut back on adding so much mayonnaise next time around please.
