El Quiché Pupusas #1 - Phoenix

Tacos were very good. Pupusas were just a little disappointing. Very high masa to filling ratio. It's just a food truck with a tent next to Cave creek so don't expect the atmosphere to be too great.

Terrible service, even worse food. This place is absolutely disgusting. Bugs all over the place. Definitely not up to health code. But what should you expect when it's location is in a parking lot of a cheap used tire and oil mechanic shop lol.I am not a complator as I have never left a bad review about anything, so congratulations you will be my first. And in me doing so, I'm hoping to save someone's life before they die from food poisoning or Salmonella or whatever else is lingering at el quiche food truck at cave creek 8th street.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

So good very fresh! We had the papusas, burrito, and quesadilla. For a small operation, you have to give them a super high 5 stars! The charred jalepeno, grilled onions, the cabbage for the pupusas, the fresh steak. Everything was top notch! Service was great as well. Can't wait to come back and try their horchata. It was all amazing. Will be back once a week (or more). El Quiche is definetly in the weekly dinner rotation!

The sitting is open and outside.. the tables are under a tent next to northbound cave creek traffic..the staff is friendly and polite with quick service.. the chicken taco is good with diced chicken pieces on corn tortillas.. the taco has nice flavor with a generous portion size..
