Dutch Bros Coffee - Phoenix

I’m not one to normally complain, and I love this location. I used to come here all the time but lately their service has been awful. Today I was having a bad day at work so I decided to treat myself to Dutch Bros afterwards to cheer myself up but they made my experience awful. I understand that this is a busy location and I’m okay with the wait but today especially, they stalled their own line talking to somebody in front of the line for a good 20 minutes I don’t know who this person was but I literally saw every single employee come up to this car and talk to whoever it was and they were holding up the line. Not only that but by the time I got to the window, I could see all the drinks piled up for the whole line all because they were talking to one car forever and to top it off they gave away my order to the wrong car. They had to remake it in front of me. It was absolutely ridiculous. I’m just so mad. In total I waited 40 minutes for what should’ve been like 20.

Love Dutch bros and have given multiple 5 star reviews for various locations. This one took 40 minutes to get a coffee and you are unable to leave the drive thru due to the curbs and being blocked in. Go somewhere else unless you have an hour to get a drink. They are obviously short staffed at this location.

Always very crowded and moving to a new nearby location soon. This location has been closed for quite a while now and remains vacant.

Always a delicious pour on the ice coffee. Usually a line at most locations, but they move fast. Upbeat vibe, good service, reasonable prices.
